  • New vendor for shirts selected
  • Brian to gather data on shirt size count needed
  • Ed to handle the organization of merchandise moving forward
  • Discussed current trail conditions and possible areas requiring maintenance 
  • Ideated over new trails and possible features in the future.  Nothing approved.
  • Reviewed new website.   Feedback was positive.
  • Website cost was $370.13.  This covers 3 years of hosting and the domain registration
  • No current projects in process so it was noted that all incoming $ is to go to the bank account unless otherwise allocated 
  • Request made to reimburse Dan R for the money spent on hosting and domain registration made.  Approved by those in attendance
  • Ed requested to update the Facebook questions.  Approved by those in attendance 
  • Request made to allocate some $ to Chris for his assistance and donation of fuel and use of his skid loader. Approved by those in attendance 

    No other topics noted so meeting was completed at 8:20pm
